Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

For personalized or custom embroidered items (such as monogrammed hoodies and crewnecks), please allow an additional 3-5 business days for customization before your order is processed and shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: (delivery in 5-10 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: (delivery in 2-5 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $12.00

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Within Canada: 5-10 business days for standard shipping
  • International orders: 10-21 business days (if applicable)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping (if applicable)

We currently ship to Canada only.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
